When your thoughts lead to actions that serve others and make you feel good, you have encountered spirituality, the manner in which we learn and grow.
Counselling assists individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings and behaviour in a confidential, relaxing and non-judgemental setting. It is a journey and therefore takes time and consistency to work effectively. Counselling aims to help individuals to cope more competently with day-to-day life by finding different solutions, and by helping to identify inner resources and capabilities which may be difficult to identify in times of anxiety. Finally, taking relevant action to improve the current situation can lead to a better understanding of self leading to a greater sense of well-being.
