From Scapegoat to Author

Born into silence and shaped by survival, Jacqueline transformed a childhood marked by scapegoating and emotional isolation into a life of purpose, healing, and advocacy. Armed with a Masters in Counselling Psychology, a Psychology degree and a deep well of lived experience, she became a counsellor and author, using her voice to illuminate the path for others who’ve suffered in silence.

Her debut work, Journey Through Hell Suffering in Silence, is a raw and unflinching account of early trauma, resilience, and the long road to self-understanding. Today, she continues that mission through her site, offering insight, support, and solidarity to fellow scapegoats and other sufferers of abuse to navigate their own healing journeys.

With a focus on emotional empowerment and personal growth, Jacqueline challenges the stigma around counselling and mental health, proving that transformation is not only possible—it’s powerful. Her work is a testament to the idea that the most painful stories, when spoken aloud, can become the most liberating.

Edwin Archer

I look at things differently, knowing what I need to change. Im more aware of what people go through and what they're capable of. It has been a well spent learning experience, having the right information is key.

Jacqueline Alleyne

I have more control over my thoughts, I focus more on positive things. Forgiveness helped me to let go of past experiences that no longer served me and allowed me to focus predominately  on the present moment.

Danielle Wilson

Im defintely in a better place, I feel more relaxed and in tune with myself. i spend more time on "me" and my life is more relaxing. I now focus more on personal development.
